Do not start this fitness programming if your physician or health care provider advises against it. Not all exercise programs are suitable for everyone.

I hereby release SPRINKLE CHEER from responsibility for any injuries I may sustain as a result of participation in the classes or programs presented by SPRINKLE CHEER including any online pre-recorded or live-streamed class. I am aware that the instructor may not see me and may not be able to offer personalized instruction, and I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the classes of programs offered through SPRINKLE CHEER. As determined by my physician and myself, I certify that the level of my physical condition will allow me to safely participate in programs at SPRINKLE CHEER. I acknowledge and understand that SPRINKLE CHEER is not engaged in rendering medical or professional services.
