I am aware that the instructor may not see me and may not be able to offer personalized instruction, and I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the classes of programs offered through SPRINKLE CHEER. As determined by my physician and myself, I certify that the level of my physical condition will allow me to safely participate in programs at SPRINKLE CHEER. I acknowledge and understand that SPRINKLE CHEER is not engaged in rendering medical or professional services.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I am legally competent to voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above, and by participating in any classes presented by SPRINKLE CHEER, agree to these conditions.

Sunday evenings at 5:15pm. Note: Katy teaches a yoga class before from 4-5pm CT (price not included in this).

 
HOW IT WORKS
  • The group will meet on Sunday evenings to gather, connect, move, meditate and set the tone for the week.
  • Each week will be a different topic followed up with various embodiment practices to set yourself up for the week.
  • The practices we will play with are yoga, breathwork methods, meditation, tapping, journaling, story sharing and more!
  • You will gather with likeminded souls put the “C” in connection - both on + off the mat.
  • Limited Space Avail.
  • These sessions do not stack on top of one another - come for one, three or all 5.
